A m\u00e1sodik gener\u00e1ci\u00f3s (2G) h\u00e1l\u00f3zatok nem k\u00edn\u00e1lt\u00e1k a k\u00f6lcs\u00f6n\u00f6s hiteles\u00edt\u00e9s koncepci\u00f3j\u00e1t, amely szerint a h\u00e1l\u00f3zat hiteles\u00edti mag\u00e1t az el\u0151fizet\u0151vel szemben.
